🚨 Key Reminders for Gymnasts & Parents

We need every gymnast to be rested, prepared, and punctual!

• Punctuality is Crucial: Gymnasts must arrive at the venue fully dressed and with hair and make-up complete at the time specified by your coach (this is often 60-90 minutes before the competition starts).

• The Look: Hair must be secured in a tight, neat bun. Please ensure leotards are clean and all accessories (like grips or scrunchies) are packed.

• Apparatus Check: All competition apparatus (hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon) must be checked by the coach well in advance. Please ensure all required apparatus are securely packed in the gym bag.

• What to Pack:

  • Competition Leotard(s)

  • Warm-up Jacket/T-shirt

  • All Competition Apparatus

  • Water Bottle & Healthy Snacks

  • Clean Socks/Foot Undies
